As we reach the end of 2023 and look forward to a new year, the LBMCOC Development Association Board of Directors would like to thank our volunteers, partners and community members for supporting a very successful year of activities. Some highlights include upgrades to Peter’s Path to make it more accessible to all community members, community garden expansion and inclusion of our school children in the planting and harvest, receiving official recognition of the O’Brien Family War Memorial by Veteran’s Affairs Canada, a Biscuit and Bingo event which raised over $6000 for the next Veterans Memorial expansion and our book sale from which all proceeds went to St. Francis of Assisi school.

We are excited to continue our work in 2024 and look forward to continued partnership with the town and SFOA school, our volunteers, and many other supporters. We wish everyone a prosperous and healthy New Year!
