The Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove Development Association is a non-profit community group working with residents and the Town Council to develop a sense of place for all through protected natural areas, cultural heritage, and scenic resources interconnected with greenways and trails, where people live, work, and play in a healthy environment.
We focus on making the maximum positive effort for our community. Our motto is “Building Community Together” and together, we can make a difference.
Our success is measured in the number and quality of projects and services we provide. These programs are fueled by our dedicated board members, caring volunteers, and generous donors like you.

"The Town Council of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove in conjunction with the Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove Development Association have collaboratively completed several projects, the benefits of which are evident in the community. As a Council, we look forward to further collaboration moving forward"
"Our school and the Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove Development Association share a deep-rooted partnership dedicated to the growth and well-being of our town’s youth. Our students benefit immensely from learning opportunities provided from their members, including the visits to the town’s community garden. These learning opportunities are made possible by the tremendous dedication of the Development Association volunteers. Their commitment to teaching our students about farming and heritage is a masterclass in volunteerism and civic pride".
"The Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove Development Association does important work for the residents of the region and the people of Cape St. Francis. The Association works closely with the Town and provides helpful strategies and careful examination of decision making, all the while ensuring residents voices are heard."
When needed, we post notices to seek expressions of interest from individuals to serve as directors on our Board. Our board has many committees and sub-committees that are each focused on particular projects in our community and each are chaired by a board member. These sub-committees can always use more help, and the time commitment is less than being a board member.
